Daisy Dog's Christmas Gift

I'm blessed to be able to give Daisy gifts this year. The gifts were inexpensive. Home made toys that cost $0 - $2.00 to make, a $1.00 ball.

Daisy Dog enthusiastically dove into her presents and graciously played with each gift with zeal and joy.

Daisy Dog's gift to me was so much more. This year has been difficult. Christmas day we had 3 inches of rain in 24 hours. A dark gloomy morning, not very festive.

Daisy Dog made me laugh and smile and enjoy the morning. Daisy Dog reminded me the toys weren't as important as having someone to play with them, with her. We were together and well, and safe and happily playing together with any toy that she had.

Daisy Dog gave me the gift of happiness. The best gift of all, and it cost her nothing to give it to me.
